The use of our"Beavr" software and the associated processing of personal data arenot part of this privacy policy. These processing operations are governed byagreements with our customers. When you access our website, i.e. if you do notregister or otherwise transmit information, information of a general nature isautomatically collected. The processing is based on Art. 13 para. 1 FADP. Thisinformation (server log files) includes IP address of the requesting computer,the country from which our website is accessed, the date and time of access, thename and URL of the retrieved data and the content of the request (specificpage), the access status or HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred ineach case, the operating system of your computer, the type of computer you areusing (desktop, tablet, mobile phone) and the browser you are using with thelanguage and version of the browser software. We regularly analyse theseso-called server log files statistically in order to improve the functionalityand content of our website.
Other Purposes
Other purposes include, for example,administrative and organisational purposes, the provision of necessaryinformation to government authorities, and advertisingand marketing.

§6 To Whom We Disclose Your Data
We do not pass on your data to third parties. However,there are exceptions: We will pass on your data if

- this is legally permissible and necessary for thefulfilment of a contractual relationship with you,
- if there is a legal obligation to pass on the data,
- the disclosure is necessary for the protection of ourlegitimate interests and for the establishment, exercise or defence of legalclaims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimateinterest in the non-disclosure of your data.
We would like to point out that despite all themeasures we have taken, data transmission over the Internet (e.g. whencommunicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities over which wehave no technical control.
§7 To Whom We Disclose Your Data Abroad
We are also authorised to transfer yourpersonal data to third-party companies (contracted service providers) abroad ifthis is necessary for the data processing described in this privacy policy.These companies are obliged to protect data to the same extent as we are. Ifthe level of data protection in a country does not correspond to that inSwitzerland, we contractually ensure that the protection of your personal datacorresponds to that in Switzerland at all times.
§8 Then Your Data Will Be Deleted
We generally store your data for as long asrequired by our business relationship with you or for as long as we have alegitimate interest in continuing to store it. In all other cases, inparticular if you submit a justified request for deletion or revoke yourconsent to data processing, we will delete your personal data with theexception of data that we must continue to store in order to fulfil legalobligations (e.g. we are obliged to store documents such as contracts andinvoices for a period of 10 years due to legal retention periods). In thiscase, the deletion takes place after these reasons no longer apply.
§9 How We Protect Your and Our Data
We have taken extensive technical and organisational security measuresto protect the data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss,destruction or access by unauthorised persons. In this way, we also guaranteethe protection of your rights and compliance with the applicable dataprotection regulations. This includes, among other things, the use ofrecognised encryption methods (e.g. SSL encryption). We are constantly adapting our security measuresin line with technological progress.

Provided you fulfil the applicable requirements,you have the right to:
- Information about your personal data stored by us
- Correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data
- Deletion/Anonymisationof your personal data
- Restriction/Revocationof the processing of your personal data
- Objection to our dataprocessing
- Release of certain personal data in a structured,commonly used and machine-readable format
Please note that there are legal provisions thatoblige or authorise us to retain your data due to legal or contractualobligations. In these cases, we can only restrict or block your data to theextent necessary.
If you are of the opinion that the processing ofyour data violates legal requirements, you can lodge a complaint with thecompetent supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal DataProtection and Information Commissioner, Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, Switzerland.
Please note that our privacy policy does notapply to linked websites of other providers and that we do not permanentlymonitor the content of these sites. If we become aware of any legalinfringements, such links will be removed immediately.
